General Discussion
The Asian species, Kalopanax septemlobus (Thunb.) Koidz, has been reported in our area. However, the handful of reports are ambiguous regarding their cultivated status. Additionally, these reports may represent a species from a closely related genus- Oplopanax. Further research is needed to determine the correct species and if this species is truly naturalizing in our area.
