General Discussion

One voucher from Hunterdon Co. (circa 1891) is labeled Valerianella radiata; however it is sterile and its identification cannot be confirmed at this time. This specimen more likely represents V. umbilicata (Sulliv.) A. Wood (syn. Valerianella radiata var. intermedia (Dyal) Gleason.

Also reported from unspecified localities in Mercer Co., NJ.
