Carex arctata Boott ex Hooker - Drooping Woodland Sedge
Carex arctata has also been reported from Dutchess, Sullivan, and Ulster Cos., NY- just north of the metropolitan region. There are also old (dubious?)reports of this species occuring in northern NJ.
